Web development services can be provided at various levels depending on the needs of your organization, business or personal website. All website design projects include ongoing conversations with the designer and all project members.

All sites are created in a CMS (content management system), allowing you to add and/or revise site content without knowing any code or complex programming.

WordPress sites can be hosted anywhere you wish, but if hosted by Clearwater Web, the design costs are below. Design cost for sites hosted elsewhere may increase slightly.

Website Design Basic Package

• Install website files, images and databases on our server.
• Configure and personalize the website theme using the WordPress framework.
• Add your supplied custom logo.
• Add up to four information pages based on your supplied content.
• Install secure contact form to deliver messages to your email address.
• Install up to four plugins and/or widgets (spam protection, calendar, etc.)
• Provide one month free website hosting.
• Provide up to two hours of web training and coaching.

Cost for the Basic Package is $795.

Website Design Mid Range Package

• Install website files, images and databases on our server.
• Configure and personalize the website theme using the WordPress framework.
• Add your supplied custom logo.
• Add up to eight information pages based on your supplied content.
• Install secure contact form to deliver messages to your email address.
• Install up to six plugins and/or widgets (spam protection, calendar, social media, backup etc.)
• Install sidebar with bio, upcoming events, recent posts, or?
• Integrate basic payment systems with PayPal or Google Checkout.
• Provide one month free website hosting.
• Provide up to two hours of web training and coaching.

Cost for the Mid Range Package is $1195.

Website Design Business Package

• Install website files, images and databases on our server.
• Configure and personalize the website theme, using the WordPress framework.
• Add your supplied custom logo.
• Add up to 12 information pages based on your supplied content.
• Install secure contact form to deliver messages to your email address.
• Install up to six plugins and/or widgets (spam protection, calendar, backup etc.)
• Install sidebar with bio, upcoming events, recent posts, or?
• Integrate basic payment systems with PayPal or Google Checkout.
• Install social media integration (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.)
• Setup and integrate YouTube video account and install video player on site.
• Setup and integrate forum software on site, if required.
• Provide two months free website hosting on our VPS.
• Provide up to two hours of web training and coaching.
• Optimize Home Page with RankMath SEO. Optimize additional pages @ $50 each. Note that SEO optimization most always requires some minor rewriting of text.

Cost for the Full Business Package will vary from $1495 – $1895.

Each website is unique! Your needs may fall somewhere between the options above or require additional features like a full featured shopping cart.

Hosting

Our sites are now hosted on the SiteGround servers. Siteground is one of the most recommended WordPress hosting companies. They are known for their top-notch customer support, reliable, and fast hosting plans. Their WordPress optimized hosting includes everything you’ll need to create and grow a successful website or blog. From my experience over the past few years, their Customer Support is outstanding; I have never waited more than a minute to be in contact with tech support. Their systems will automatically optimize all images for the web and their caching environment and in house CDN (contant delivery network) are outstanding. Website hosting includes physical hosting of up to 4 GB of data*, daily backups of all files images and databases with one-click restore, and full-time security monitoring. In addition I monitor any security issues and make any necessary updates to the WordPress core, themes and plugins.
*A photography site (New Earth Photography) with dozens of full resolution images stored on the server uses 3.3 GB of web space. Most sites use much less.
